Our company
Patent and trademark office „markoffice“ is offering complex services related to intellectual property since 2002. Our aim is to offer a quality representation of individuals or companies before Intellectual property office of Slovak republic as well as before international intellectual property offices, in a way so the rights of our clients are sufficiently protected and couldn’t be abused.
Our achievements
Through 14 years of our existence, we filled in more than2500 trademarks in Slovakia and other hundreds in international intellectual property offices. We completed more than 8000 research reports for trademarks. Moreover, we helped with the writing of and filling in of approximately 400 patents and utility models in Slovakia, and other dozens of patents abroad.
Who we are?
Our patent attorney ing. Ivan Belička is a member of the Slovak chamber of patent attorneys no. 64 and has legal rights for representation of individuals and companies (local and foreign) before Slovak intellectual property office in all areas of intellectual property law. He gained his experience at Slovak intellectual property office from 1996 to 2002, where he held a position of the head of the department of national trademarks in his last three years.
